The position is: Part-time employment as needed.

Start date: 2026-01-19 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with restocking, orders, and creating a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and appealing shelves.
• Contributing to offering our customers fresh and inspiring fresh produce departments.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store - we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! If you have worked in a store with fresh produce before - even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
